Review Poor customer service

We bought a Claber oscillating sprinkler last Sept. Now it doesn't work. We took it back and were told they would look at it and let us know but also said that there is no guarantee with the product. We then contacted Claber who told us there is a 2 yr guarantee and that we should have a replacement. Today we went back to the store and were told that the person who can make any decision was not there. Now waiting for them to ring.
